EUROHOIST adapts his Gantry Cranes manufacturing process to the different customer´s requirements, taking care of which kind of work is going to performance.

Our gained experience from 2004 backed up as specialists in Portal and Semi Portal Cranes.

A Semi-Gantry Crane is our single-leg crane, which is ideal for providing material handling solutions in facilities where space is an issue due to machinery, narrow spacing or confined spaces. The advantage of a Semi-Gantry Crane is that it can be installed below overhead travelling cranes that already exist. This gives an exceptionally extensive cover of the floor area.

Our single leg crane (also known as a “semi gantry”) maximizes your space utilization. One leg end moves over the floor on wheels, while the other end runs overhead on a wall-mounted I-beam using one of two end truck designs:

Top-Running End Truck: The end of the gantry’s I-beam mounts onto an end truck that travels on the top side of an overhead runway beam.

Under-Running End Truck: The end of the gantry’s I-beam mounts onto an end truck that travels on the bottom flange of an overhead runway beam (max. span of 20 feet).

Typical capacities for our Semi Gantry Cranes are up to 15 Tons, with spans up to 40'. Custom capacities and spans are available upon request.
